OTHER SERVICES
Christian Counselling Services offers consultation to groups, organizations, and businesses in unresolved conflict situations. We intervene in organizational structures to help restore relationships and resolve impasses on a personal, interpersonal, and group level. We work to improve cooperation and team work among employees and thereby increase organizational efficiency. We are able to screen applicants with respect to their suitability for a position.
With a few companies Christian Counselling Services has established an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) in which employees are referred to us for therapy regarding work-related problems or personal difficulties.
Some staff members at Christian Counselling Services are registered psychologists. Therefore, our clients are able to obtain partial or full re-imbursement for their counselling fees if they or a family member have an extended health plan which includes psychological services.
Staff members are also available as speakers for meetings, workshops, or retreats.
